近日,各省十四五規(guī)劃陸續(xù)出臺,光伏、光+儲能、水風(fēng)光、光熱等新能源被多個省份列入十四五規(guī)劃。其中, 江蘇、西藏、四川、甘肅酒泉、陜西等6個省份明確了累計120GW新能源裝機規(guī)劃 ,河北預(yù)計光伏新增規(guī)模將超22GW。僅四川、山西、廣東計劃新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)收入總額已達到9230億元,甘肅 酒泉計劃建成千億級規(guī)模清潔能源產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、陜西著力構(gòu)建萬億級能源化工產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。
根據(jù)各省十四五規(guī)劃,可以發(fā)現(xiàn),西藏、陜西、酒泉等西北省份重點布局風(fēng)光儲 等新能源;吉林、遼寧、河北、廣東提出發(fā)展氫能、光 伏等能源;山西、青海對光 伏制造和發(fā)展提出了要求和規(guī)劃;江蘇、四川發(fā)展水光互補基地;福建、河南完善能源產(chǎn)供儲銷體系 。
西藏

根據(jù)四川省能源局關(guān)于編制光伏發(fā)電基地規(guī)劃(2020-2025年)有關(guān)事項的通知,擬在甘孜、阿壩、涼山州及攀枝花市啟動光伏基地編制規(guī)劃工作,按照基地化、規(guī)模化、集約化的要求,每個市(州)原則上只規(guī)劃 1-2個光伏發(fā)電基地,最多不超過3個,每個光伏發(fā)電基地規(guī)模不少于1GW。

廣東省發(fā)改委等六部門印發(fā)《廣東省培育新能源戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)集群行動計劃(2021-2025年)》提出,到2025年,新能源發(fā)電裝機規(guī)模約10250萬千瓦(其中核電裝機約1850萬千瓦,氣電裝機約4200萬千瓦, 風(fēng)電、光伏、生物質(zhì)發(fā)電裝機約4200萬千瓦),天然氣供應(yīng)能力超過700億立方米,制氫規(guī)模約8萬噸,氫燃料電池約500萬千瓦,儲能規(guī)模約200萬千瓦 ;全省新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)營業(yè)收入達到7300億元,新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值達到1800億元。
