11月19日，天合光能發(fā)布關于自愿披露簽訂采購框架合同的公告. 根據公告，天合光能擬于2021年1月至2021年12月期間向天津中環(huán)半導體股份有限公司下屬公司天津環(huán)歐國際硅材料有限公司采購210尺寸單晶硅片，合計數量不少于12億片，預估合同總金額約65.52億元（含稅，根據當前市場價格測算，實際合同交易總額以最終成交金額為準）。合同經需經雙方蓋章后生效，有效期自2021年1月1日起至2021年12月31日止。此外，雙方需在2020年12月31日前確認2021年的月度交貨計劃。公告表示，本次采購合作框架協議的簽訂是基于雙方長久以來的戰(zhàn)略合作關系，將有助于公司及時有效應對市場環(huán)境變化，確保公司供應鏈的長期穩(wěn)定，為公司 210 尺寸光伏電池和組件的產能規(guī)劃落地和市場拓展提供有力保障，符合公司未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。

       自11月起，天合光能和業(yè)內各環(huán)節(jié)企業(yè)達成多個訂單與合作。11月2日，天合光能發(fā)布公告，表示根據公司戰(zhàn)略及經營發(fā)展需要，公司與無錫上機數控股份有限公司及其全資子公司弘元新材料（包頭）有限公司簽訂單晶硅片長單采購合同。該合同的標的為單晶硅片，預計公司2021-2025年每年向合同對方采購不少于4GW單晶硅片，對應210尺寸的單晶硅片4億片；5年總計20GW，對應210尺寸的單晶硅片20億片（硅片尺寸可以根據需求進行調整，但總體采購量不變）。 11月16日，亞瑪頓發(fā)布關于簽訂日常經營重大銷售合同的公告。11月15日，公司與天合光能股份有限公司及有關企業(yè)簽署了關于光伏鍍膜玻璃的銷售合同。合同銷售量合計8,500萬平米，雙方按月議價，公司按照2020年1-11月份各規(guī)格玻璃市場均價進行預估測算，預估本次合同總金額約21億元（含稅）。11月17日，天合光能發(fā)布公告，宣布和通威簽訂長單采購合作框架協議《硅料戰(zhàn)略合作框架協議》，公司擬于2021年1月至2023年12月期間向通威股份有限公司下屬公司采購多晶硅產品合計約72,000噸，產品價格隨行就市，合同交易總額以最終成交金額為準。 同日，天合光能宣布與通威股份有限公司下屬四川永祥股份有限公司、通威太陽能有限公司分別簽署《合資協議》，就合作成立項目公司并共同投資年產4萬噸高純晶硅項目、年產15GW拉棒項目、年產15GW切片項目、年產15GW高效晶硅電池項目，以及公司每年向合作項目公司采購高效晶硅電池等相關事項達成合作協議。

     今年以來，光伏硅料和玻璃輪番漲價，處于行業(yè)下游的組件企業(yè)承受巨大壓力，紛紛朝垂直一體化發(fā)展。天合光能近期動作連連，在各個環(huán)節(jié)都有所布局，想來也是為了后續(xù)能更好地應對市場變化，確保公司供應鏈的長期穩(wěn)定。
