新的《安全生產(chǎn)法》在2021年9月1日起實施，在企業(yè)應急預案編制、應急演練和應急救援等方面提出的新的要求，依據(jù)《生產(chǎn)安全事故應急條例》（國務院【2019】第708號）、《生產(chǎn)安全事故應急預案管理辦法》(應急管理部【2019】第2號)、《電力企業(yè)應急預案管理辦法》(國能安全【2014】第508號) 、《電力企業(yè)應急預案評審和備案細則》（國能 綜安全953號）等法規(guī)要求，光伏發(fā)電企業(yè)如何識別突發(fā)事件風險、建立并實施應急救援，并通過專家評審和備案，最大限度地減少突發(fā)事件造成的損失，避免企業(yè)法律風險，是光伏發(fā)電企業(yè)每一位責任人的現(xiàn)階段關注的要點和核心?，F(xiàn)廣東省太陽能協(xié)會將開展關于光伏發(fā)電企業(yè)應急管理的培訓，培訓事項如下：
