5月20日，國家能源局發(fā)布《關于2021年風電、光伏發(fā)電開發(fā)建設有關事項的通知》。

國家能源局新能源司有關負責人表示，2021年擬并網(wǎng)的風電、光伏發(fā)電項目主要是存量項目，包括2020年底前已核準且在核準有效期內(nèi)的風電項目、2019年和2020年平價風電光伏項目和競價光伏項目，規(guī)模約 9000萬千瓦 。這些項目均為已核準（備案）、符合政策的項目。

On May 20, the National Energy Administration issued a notice on the Development and Construction of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in 2021.  

According to the notice, the government's budget subsidy for residential photovoltaic power generation projects in 2021 will be 500 million yuan, and the subsidy amount for kilowatt-hour electricity will be implemented in accordance with the relevant policies issued by the price authority of The State Council in 2021.  

At the same time, on the premise of ensuring safety, we will encourage qualified residential PHOTOVOLTAIC projects to be equipped with energy storage.  

An official from the New Energy Department of the National Energy Administration said that wind power and photovoltaic power projects to be connected to the grid in 2021 are mainly stock projects, including wind power projects approved by the end of 2020 and within the validity period of approval, 2019 and 2020 parity wind photovoltaic projects and competitive photovoltaic projects, with a scale of about 90 million kw.  These projects have been approved (record), in line with the policy of the project.
