2. Pilot conditions

3. 4. Meanwhile, it shall strengthen the supervision of the whole process of the project construction, schedule the project progress and other information on a monthly basis, and report to the Commission in time.The construction scale of a single centralized PHOTOVOLTAIC project of the pilot enterprise shall be no less than 10,000 kW, and non-pilot enterprises and natural persons are allowed to use their own roofs to build distributed rooftop photovoltaic projects in accordance with the principle of "self-use, surplus electricity to access the Internet".

3. To optimize grid-connection services, grid enterprises should take the initiative to adapt to the needs of building a new power system with new energy as the main body, and accelerate the improvement of grid's grid-connection capacity to absorb high proportion and large-scale renewable energy.
