光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，離不開地方政府的大力推動，尤其在國家補貼正式退出歷史舞臺后，地方補貼取而代之，成為了提高市場投資熱情，擴大裝機需求的重要“潤滑劑”。地方補貼政策公允與否，在一定程度上也被視為衡量當?shù)厥袌霭l(fā)展狀況的一大參考指標。三月以來，陸續(xù)又有新的補貼出爐，尤其在最近一周，3地連發(fā)文件補貼光伏，這無疑為2022年行業(yè)的發(fā)展，注入了信心和力量。廣州黃埔區(qū)、開發(fā)區(qū)，非公共機構(gòu)0.15元/度、公共機構(gòu)0.3元/度。3月14日，廣州黃埔區(qū)、開發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)布了一則“關(guān)于組織開展2022年度第一批分布式光伏發(fā)電項目投資方發(fā)電量補貼資金申報工作的通知”。通知明確：補貼范圍為2021年5月20日至2022年2月28日期間的發(fā)電量。補貼標準為：應(yīng)用方（屋頂方）為非公共機構(gòu)的按0.15元/千瓦時；應(yīng)用方（屋頂方）為公共機構(gòu)的按0.3元/千瓦時。
