       氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為我國(guó)能源戰(zhàn)略布局的重要組成。2019年，氫能被首次寫(xiě)進(jìn)《政府工作報(bào)告》。中國(guó)煤炭加工利用協(xié)會(huì)統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示，2020年，中國(guó)氫能產(chǎn)量和消費(fèi)量均已突破2500萬(wàn)噸，已成為世界第一大制氫大國(guó)。在“十四五”規(guī)劃綱要中，氫能與儲(chǔ)能被列為前瞻謀劃的六大未來(lái)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。據(jù)《證券日?qǐng)?bào)》記者不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，目前已有包括河北省、成都市、廣州市、上海市、六安市、青島市等多地出臺(tái)氫能相關(guān)政策或規(guī)劃。
      “從某種意義上說(shuō)，氫能利用才是人類(lèi)可再生能源的良性循環(huán)?！北本┨貎|陽(yáng)光新能源科技有限公司總裁祁海珅在接受《證券日?qǐng)?bào)》記者采訪時(shí)表示，氫能作為二次能源利用和開(kāi)發(fā)，其技術(shù)瓶頸不存在什么障礙，能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率基本上在80%以上，目前主要考慮的是如何產(chǎn)業(yè)化、如何降低生產(chǎn)成本的問(wèn)題。“近年來(lái)氫能的發(fā)展給能源產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來(lái)了巨大的想象空間，也攪動(dòng)著整個(gè)傳統(tǒng)能源行業(yè)?！睆埵嗽硎?，氫能在2019年成為能源行業(yè)的新寵后，當(dāng)下的氫能源行業(yè)可以說(shuō)“是最好的時(shí)代，也是最壞的時(shí)代”。 在張仕元看來(lái)，“好”是說(shuō)在當(dāng)下國(guó)內(nèi)能源結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的大背景下，政策、資本、人才等資源開(kāi)始向氫能行業(yè)集聚，“有了上述資源的支持，行業(yè)內(nèi)的優(yōu)秀公司可以實(shí)現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展，同時(shí)給投資人帶來(lái)豐厚的回報(bào)?！?/span>“‘壞’是我國(guó)早在2010年就已經(jīng)有氫能示范用車(chē)服務(wù)于世博會(huì)，但之后卻長(zhǎng)時(shí)間默默無(wú)聞。目前對(duì)氫能到底有多少是‘真愛(ài)’，又有多少是‘投機(jī)’呢？行業(yè)的從業(yè)者和蜂擁而來(lái)的資本是否能有足夠的定力，一直堅(jiān)持到‘氫能時(shí)代’的普及？”張仕元稱(chēng)。
      在張仕元看來(lái)，氫能時(shí)代終將到來(lái)，一方面是“氫”作為能源比化石能源所具有的諸多優(yōu)勢(shì)，另一方面也在于“氫”可以與可再生能源系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)更好的融合。在可再生能源為主的未來(lái)，“氫”既可以直接消費(fèi)，也可以長(zhǎng)時(shí)間儲(chǔ)存，且相比電化學(xué)儲(chǔ)能，在儲(chǔ)存過(guò)程中帶來(lái)的污染更少。多家企業(yè)布局氫能.氫能源按生產(chǎn)來(lái)源劃分，可以分為“灰氫”“藍(lán)氫”和“綠氫”三類(lèi)。目前，我國(guó)氫氣主要來(lái)自灰氫。在業(yè)內(nèi)人士看來(lái)，未來(lái)與大規(guī)模光伏發(fā)電或風(fēng)力發(fā)電配套的電解水制綠氫將成為發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 “我國(guó)可再生能源資源分布廣，光伏發(fā)電和風(fēng)電又存在一定的間歇性、電網(wǎng)不友好性特征，造成棄風(fēng)、棄光現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重?！逼詈＋|告訴《證券日?qǐng)?bào)》記者，分布式制氫的投資建設(shè)和分布式光伏發(fā)電站的有機(jī)互補(bǔ)結(jié)合，即可以消化棄光的電量，又大大降低了制氫產(chǎn)業(yè)的成本，再結(jié)合智能互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)光伏制氫的高效利用并優(yōu)化電力結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)配，“希望隆基股份入局氫能，結(jié)合光伏發(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)，創(chuàng)新技術(shù)提高制氫能量效率、規(guī)?；瘍?yōu)勢(shì)降低制氫成本，進(jìn)而促進(jìn)氫能利用的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展”。
