近日，隆基股份聯(lián)合朱雀投資成立了氫能子公司，新設(shè)子公司注冊資本3億元，管理團(tuán)隊由隆基股份創(chuàng)始人李振國領(lǐng)銜。

      工商信息顯示，3月31日，西安隆基氫能科技有限公司(下稱隆基氫能)注冊成立，注冊資本3億元。隆基氫能股東包括隆基股份全資子公司西安隆基綠能創(chuàng)投管理有限公司以及上海朱雀嬴私募投資基金合伙企業(yè)(有限合伙)，不過兩方持股比例并未披露。
       針對設(shè)立子公司隆基氫能一事，隆基股份總裁李振國稱，氫能是一種清潔、高效的二次能源，在碳中和及風(fēng)光平價的趨勢下，可再生能源電解制氫有望成為最主要的制氫方式，市場前景廣闊。李振國說，隆基早在2018年就開始關(guān)注和布局可再生能源電解制氫，近三年來，與國內(nèi)、海外知名科研機(jī)構(gòu)、權(quán)威專家進(jìn)行了深入的研發(fā)課題合作，在電解制氫裝備、光伏制氫等領(lǐng)域形成了技術(shù)積累，下一步將進(jìn)行氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)化布局。
