2021年4月20日，東莞市電力行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)一行4人蒞臨我會(huì)交流學(xué)習(xí)，加強(qiáng)協(xié)會(huì)間的溝通交流，促進(jìn)雙方后期交流合作。我會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)胡鄂生、秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)吳健熱情接待了市電力行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)一行，五星太陽(yáng)能、天昱新能源、中億電力、基葉光伏、南能新能源、福眾新能源等企業(yè)代表參加了交流會(huì)。
     座談會(huì)上，胡鄂生會(huì)長(zhǎng)代表協(xié)會(huì)，對(duì)市電力行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)一行蒞臨市光伏行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)交流學(xué)習(xí)表示熱烈歡迎，并希望借此機(jī)會(huì)，加強(qiáng)兩協(xié)會(huì)之間的相互了解，為今后兩協(xié)會(huì)間的工作、協(xié)作打下基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí)他還分析了光伏發(fā)電在國(guó)家利好政策的大背景下的走向，暢談了對(duì)光伏市場(chǎng)未來(lái)的期盼。
隨后，秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)吳健向市電力行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)一行介紹了我會(huì)工作人員、會(huì)員組成及經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源等相關(guān)情況。吳秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)說(shuō)，2018年，東莞市光伏行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)經(jīng)市社會(huì)組織局批準(zhǔn)正式成立，歸市發(fā)改局主管。協(xié)會(huì)成立后開(kāi)展了多項(xiàng)工作，發(fā)展會(huì)員，創(chuàng)辦《東莞光伏》內(nèi)刊，建立協(xié)會(huì)公眾號(hào)宣傳窗口，與其他協(xié)會(huì)共同舉辦展會(huì)、培訓(xùn)會(huì)，處理市民光伏投訴、解決光伏市場(chǎng)瓶頸問(wèn)題以及當(dāng)好企業(yè)和政府間的紐帶角色等。
      市電力行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)李執(zhí)行會(huì)長(zhǎng)對(duì)我會(huì)所做的工作及成績(jī)表示肯定，同時(shí)介紹了市電力行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的工作職責(zé)、會(huì)員組成及協(xié)會(huì)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況。之后，就目前光伏電站報(bào)裝問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了討論。
       針對(duì)當(dāng)下光伏備案受阻問(wèn)題，我會(huì)參會(huì)企業(yè)代表根據(jù)各自企業(yè)及光伏業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展遇到的實(shí)際情況發(fā)表了意見(jiàn)，并希望市光伏行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)和市電力行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)協(xié)力解決光伏報(bào)裝、備案等相關(guān)問(wèn)題。市電力行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)李執(zhí)行會(huì)長(zhǎng)表示，市電力行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)愿意盡力會(huì)同市光伏行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)一起，將各企業(yè)訴求反饋給政府主管部門(mén)，推動(dòng)問(wèn)題的盡快解決。
       東莞市電力協(xié)會(huì)具有較強(qiáng)的電力培訓(xùn)、質(zhì)量監(jiān)管、電力營(yíng)銷(xiāo)等多方面的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，會(huì)議最后，我會(huì)表達(dá)了設(shè)立東莞市電力行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)光伏專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)的意愿，以便推動(dòng)服務(wù)光伏行業(yè)的專(zhuān)業(yè)化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平。

On April 20, 2021, a group of 4 members from Dongguan Electric Power Industry Association came to our institute for exchange and study, so as to strengthen the communication between the associations and promote the later exchanges and cooperation between the two sides. Hu Esheng, President of CCPIT Xiamen, and Wu Jian, Secretary General of CCPIT Xiamen warmly received the Municipal Electric Power Industry Association and other representatives of Five Star Solar Energy, Tianyu New Energy, Zhongyi Power, Keyye Photovoltaic, Nanneng New Energy, Fuzhong New Energy and other enterprises attended the exchange meeting.

At the symposium, President Hu Esheng, on behalf of the association, warmly welcomed the visit of the Municipal Electric Power Industry Association to the Municipal Photovoltaic Industry Association for exchange and learning, and hoped to take this opportunity to strengthen the mutual understanding between the two associations and lay a foundation for the future work and collaboration between the two associations. At the same time, he also analyzed the trend of the photovoltaic industry in the context of favorable national policies, and talked freely about the future expectations of the photovoltaic market.

Then, Secretary General Wu Jian introduced the staff, members and funding sources to the Municipal Electric Power Industry Association and other relevant information. Secretary General Wu said that in 2018, the Dongguan Photovoltaic Industry Association was officially established with the approval of the Municipal Social Organization Bureau, and was in charge of the Municipal Development and Reform Bureau. Since its establishment, the association has carried out a number of tasks, such as developing members, establishing the internal journal of Dongguan Photovoltaic, establishing the publicity window of the official account of the association, jointly holding exhibitions and training sessions with other associations, dealing with photovoltaic complaints from the public, solving the bottleneck problems of the photovoltaic market, and playing a good role as a link between enterprises and the government.

Mr. Li, the president of the Municipal Electric Power Industry Association, affirmed the work and achievements of the club, and introduced the responsibilities, membership composition and the operation of the association. Then, the application and installation of photovoltaic power station is discussed.

In view of the current blocked photovoltaic filing problem, the representatives of enterprises attending the meeting made their opinions according to the actual situation of their own enterprises and photovoltaic business development, and hoped that the municipal photovoltaic industry association and the municipal power industry association could work together to solve the photovoltaic filing, filing and other related problems. Li, the executive chairman of the Municipal Electric Power Industry Association, said that the Municipal Electric Power Industry Association would like to try its best to work with the Municipal Photovoltaic Industry Association to feedback the demands of various enterprises to the competent government departments and promote the solution of the problem as soon as possible.

Dongguan Electric Power Association has strong advantages in power training, quality supervision, power marketing and other resources. At the end of the meeting, CCPIT Xiamen expressed its intention to set up a photovoltaic professional committee of Dongguan Electric Power Industry Association, so as to promote the professional and standardized level of service for the photovoltaic industry.
