將“開發(fā)區(qū)屋頂光伏發(fā)電覆蓋度”納入全省開發(fā)區(qū)爭(zhēng)先創(chuàng)優(yōu)綜合考核評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，對(duì)開發(fā)區(qū)推進(jìn)屋頂光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目情況進(jìn)行考核。以光伏項(xiàng)目并網(wǎng)容量為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，2022、2023、2024年度開發(fā)區(qū)屋頂光伏發(fā)電覆蓋度分別達(dá)到30%、60%、80%得滿分，未達(dá)到建設(shè)目標(biāo)從高到低進(jìn)行排序，按開發(fā)區(qū)考核辦法綜合評(píng)分。

On October 27, Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the three-year Action Plan (2022-2024) for promoting rooftop Distributed Photovoltaic Construction in Jiangxi Development Zone as a whole (draft for comments). The document states:

By the end of 2022, the roof pv power generation coverage of all development zones in the province with development conditions shall reach more than 30%;

By the end of 2023, the roof pv power generation coverage of all development zones with development conditions will reach more than 60%;

By the end of 2024, the roof pv power generation coverage of all development zones with development conditions will reach more than 80%.

At the same time, the document lays out the assessment criteria:

The "rooftop PV power generation coverage in development zones" was incorporated into the comprehensive assessment and evaluation index system of development zones striving for excellence in the province, and the situation of promoting rooftop PV power generation projects in development zones was assessed. Taking the grid-connected capacity of photovoltaic projects as the standard, full marks will be given when the coverage of rooftop pv power generation reaches 30%, 60% and 80% in 2022, 2023 and 2024 respectively. The failure to meet the construction target will be ranked from high to low, and comprehensive scores will be given according to the assessment method of development zones.
