今年以來，廣東省生態(tài)環(huán)境廳公布了6個分布式光伏發(fā)電碳普惠項目成功獲得備案，省級碳普惠減排量17510噸CO2當(dāng)量。根據(jù)廣州碳排放權(quán)交易所的公告，今年來PHCER已有4個項目交易完成，交易總金額達(dá)104.5萬元，獲得額外收益。

為了能更好的服務(wù)企業(yè)準(zhǔn)備下批碳普惠核證減排量（PHCER）申報，協(xié)會將提供統(tǒng)一申請服務(wù)，現(xiàn)開始向六個碳普惠試點(diǎn)城市征集項目，如有意向申報的企業(yè)請?zhí)顚懴旅娴腦XX公司碳普惠核證減排量（PHCER）項目匯總表，發(fā)送至協(xié)會郵箱：gdtyn99@163.com。
申請必要條件：
1、廣州、東莞、中山、惠州、河源、韶關(guān)六個碳普惠試點(diǎn)城市+2277個省定貧困村;
2、5MW以下；
3、選優(yōu)條件：申請的所有項目總減碳量1000噸以上（單個項目1.5MW以上運(yùn)行滿一年；單個項目750kW運(yùn)行滿兩年；單個項目500kW運(yùn)行滿三年）不滿足優(yōu)選條件的，協(xié)會提供項目打包服務(wù)

Application requirements:

1. Six carbon inclusive pilot cities in Guangzhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Huizhou, Heyuan and Shaoguan + 2,277 provincial-level poverty-stricken villages;

2. Less than 5MW;

3. Selection criteria: The total carbon reduction of all the applied projects is more than 1000 tons (a single project is more than 1.5MW and has been running for one year; Single project 750kW operation for two years;If a single project of 500kW runs for three years) does not meet the optimized conditions, the association will provide project packaging service
