3月11日，根據(jù)上交所科創(chuàng)板公告，上市委2020年第4次審議會(huì)議已通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)+視頻方式召開(kāi)，天合光能股份有限公司(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“天合光能”)獲得通過(guò)。值得一提的是，疫情影響之下，天合光能正是科創(chuàng)板首家“云上會(huì)”的企業(yè)。
　　天合光能近期更新的招股說(shuō)明書(shū)顯示，2016、2017、2018年天合組件銷(xiāo)售量分別為6149MW、8458MW、6599MW，2019年前三季度組件銷(xiāo)量5996MW。單晶組件比例逐步上升，截止到2019年上半年，其銷(xiāo)售收入占當(dāng)期組件收入的45.31%，產(chǎn)能占比約60%，到2020年底預(yù)計(jì)超過(guò)75%。2019年天合光能實(shí)現(xiàn)營(yíng)收2337561.98萬(wàn)元，較2018年下降6.7%，歸屬母公司股東凈利為4059.52萬(wàn)元，較2018年增長(zhǎng)14.82%。預(yù)計(jì)2020年一季度營(yíng)收533654萬(wàn)元—620192萬(wàn)元，同比增長(zhǎng)27.74%～48.46%，凈利預(yù)計(jì)6680萬(wàn)元～8164萬(wàn)元，同比增長(zhǎng)22.45%～49.66%。
　　就去年2019年來(lái)說(shuō)，天合光能實(shí)現(xiàn)了業(yè)績(jī)快速增長(zhǎng)，這一態(tài)勢(shì)有望在2020年繼續(xù)保持。2019年，公司實(shí)現(xiàn)營(yíng)收233.76億元，實(shí)現(xiàn)凈利潤(rùn)7.02億元，同比增長(zhǎng)22.61%。業(yè)績(jī)?cè)鲩L(zhǎng)主要是由于2019年公司組件業(yè)務(wù)和光伏電站EPC業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展情況較好，毛利同比增長(zhǎng)所致，海外電站業(yè)務(wù)和天合優(yōu)配等新業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)力也為業(yè)績(jī)表現(xiàn)增色不少。
　　此外，天合光能還在高效技術(shù)方面保持了數(shù)項(xiàng)的世界記錄。天合光能自主研發(fā)的可商業(yè)化光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率25.04%的IBC太陽(yáng)電池，是迄今為止經(jīng)第三方權(quán)威認(rèn)證的中國(guó)本土首次效率超過(guò)25%的單結(jié)晶體硅電池，也是目前世界上大面積6英寸晶體硅襯底上制備的晶體硅電池的最高轉(zhuǎn)換效率。在過(guò)去十年行業(yè)政策多變和貿(mào)易摩擦頻發(fā)的各類(lèi)挑戰(zhàn)中，天合光能堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新，專(zhuān)注技術(shù)武裝，創(chuàng)造并刷新了20次世界紀(jì)錄。
　　招股說(shuō)明書(shū)顯示，本次沖刺科創(chuàng)板上市，天合光能擬募集30億元，計(jì)劃用于“銅川光伏發(fā)電技術(shù)領(lǐng)跑基地宜君縣天興250MWp光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目”和“年產(chǎn)3GW高效單晶切半組件項(xiàng)目”等。本次發(fā)行前，天合光能總股本為1757826375股，本次擬向社會(huì)公眾公開(kāi)發(fā)行不超過(guò)439456593股，占發(fā)行后總股本的比例不低于10%且不高于20%，本次發(fā)行，公司原股東不公開(kāi)發(fā)售股份。
　　根據(jù)全球數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)研機(jī)構(gòu)GlobalData發(fā)布的2019組件出貨排名，天合光能2019年光伏全球出貨量穩(wěn)居前三位，光伏龍頭企業(yè)地位不可撼動(dòng)。

According to the prospectus, Trina Solar plans to raise 3 billion yuan for "Tianxing 250MWP photovoltaic power generation project in Yijun county, a leading base of photovoltaic power generation technology in Tongchuan" and "3GW annual production of high-efficiency single crystal cutting and half module project". Before the issue, the total share capital of Trina Solar was 1757826375 shares, and the proposed public offering of no more than 439456593 shares, accounting for no less than 10% and no more than 20% of the total share capital after the issue.
