近年來(lái)，國(guó)家發(fā)改委、國(guó)家能源局等光伏行業(yè)主管部門(mén)相繼出臺(tái)了多部法規(guī)和政策性文件，在短期及中長(zhǎng)期內(nèi)對(duì)我國(guó)光伏行業(yè)的發(fā)展均產(chǎn)生了較大影響。2020年3月國(guó)家發(fā)改委頒發(fā)《關(guān)于2020年光伏發(fā)電上網(wǎng)電價(jià)政策有關(guān)事項(xiàng)的通知》，對(duì)集中式光伏發(fā)電繼續(xù)制定指導(dǎo)價(jià)，將納入國(guó)家財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼范圍的I～Ⅲ類資源區(qū)新增集中式光伏電站指導(dǎo)價(jià)，分別確定為每千瓦時(shí)0.35元、0.40元、0.49元。新增集中式光伏電站上網(wǎng)電價(jià)原則上通過(guò)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)方式確定，不得超過(guò)所在資源區(qū)指導(dǎo)價(jià)。降低工商業(yè)分布式光伏發(fā)電補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，降低戶用分布式光伏發(fā)電補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
